Plagiarism

What is Plagiarism?

It is called plagiarism a violation of copyright on a work of any kind, which occurs by copying it, without authorization from the person who created or owns it or has rights in such work, and presentation as original work. Therefore, plagiarism has two characteristics:

  • The illegitimate copy of a work protected by copyright.
  • The presentation of the copy as an original work itself.

That is, a person commits plagiarism when you copy or imitate something that does not belong posing as the author of it. Such action, to be legally protected work by copyright, could lead to a trial and possible imposition of fines and the obligation to indemnify the damages and losses.

Copyright born with the creation of the work.
Original work, created originally encompassed the (Relative to the origin or the beginning).
In legal regime can only be considered the author of a work (images, graphics, etc.).
one person, just one.

There plagiarism, for example, when an image has been created with copyright by its author in 2002
and then, someone else claims the copyright of the image, 2005.

Quoting the website of the World Intellectual Property Organization :

When plagiarism is incurred, it appropriates an alien.
What do you call the act of appropriating the alien? ...

There are few who tend to think that what is on the Internet is an asset that has no owner (or author)
and, therefore, available to absolutely anyone who wants it appropriate to use as he pleases without having to say where he was taken. What circulates on the Internet is the result of work of people whose authorship must be acknowledged.

I found a picture online free without copyright, without copyright, free to use.
I've cut, I've cleaned and have become an Outline. That Outline Already considered mine?.
I would not want another person who used the same image, claim me as yours ...

.:: A:: ..

The Outline is yours at the time that you clean your © Copyright, provided that you
image taken from a completely free and without rights.

Your own image, of course, you can find in the pages of another person, but never match the Outline in size, pixels added or deleted. It may be the same image, but it left a graph of the Internet, and Copyright free and anyone can use. The Outline will be from two people, you have agreed it is taken from a free image and each has made his own.
That means you have the same tastes or sources of inspiration.

Some people in the genus frustrated, think an Outline (outline, lineart), similar to another,
has been necessarily 'copied'. This is absurd. These people are a paranoid and we should not ignore them, because you're very sure it is your own work.

Outlines or Contours The Lines (Lineart) can be drawn from Dingbats fonts, coloring pages (layout, cliparts) and any graph without copyright, or also, and more desirable,
of the imagination, drawing pixel by pixel.

But never, never! Outlines should be removed from the network gifs and empty for the outline.
Review a Gif, review your outline, you can not do, that is copied as a Gif no longer a pixel graphics, a painted or colored Outline and someone has done before.

Many people think that because they are gifs free, you can use to their advantage
Tubes and then convert and distribute them as his creations.
Most of these gifs belong to Korean Pages and although they are free to use
(Decorate emails, Layouts, websets, create signatures, sigtags, etc..) Which can not be done, is attributed
the Outline, Contour and turn it into a self-Tube.

Can we draw Outlines of pages or magazines Cross Stitch (Cross-Stitch)
Puntotek ® or as diagrams, charts and patterns that exist on the Internet? ...

.:: A:: ..

The purpose of these applications, is to be helpful to draw or convert images to his later work in cross-stitch embroidery. The most important feature of cross stitch is the great possibility of sketches and drawings in many tissues, applying, inter alia, tablecloths, bedspreads, drapes, bedding or towels.

Many of the graphics is in the Cross Stitch magazines or on the Web, they have been taken from
DOLLERS images previously made or Pixelers. And they are copyrighted images.

Be very careful with cross stitch charts, as many people without thinking
in the Copyright, a Base Doll, a Doll already done, a pixel or a Gif, have made a point graph
cross with the program and then have an Outline pixelated or removed in the program Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop.

It would make a very serious Outline of Cross Stitch Chart and then discover it is the creation
a person who is dedicated to creating images with Copyright.

Since there are pixel gifs and long ago ... the collecting images for magazines and websites Cross Stitch (Cross-Stitch), draw their Pixel Graphics Images (Dolls and Pixels) simply because it is very easy, because how well they are the squares marked (pixels) and not become aware of copyright and the real work of their authors.

Therefore, it is recommended NOT to take pictures Outlines of cross stitch charts,
since the only purpose is the thread embroidery on fabrics.
